iHeartMedia has signed-on 95.9 W240EC Albany NY as the FM side of “Fox Sports 980” WOFX Troy.
The 250 watt translator covers Albany, Troy and adjacent towns in New York’s Capital District. WOFX will continue to carry the complete Fox Sports Radio network lineup plus Boston Red Sox baseball, NFL and NCAA tournament coverage.
iHeartMedia Albany announced today that FOX Sports 980, Albany’s Sports Radio, will broadcast on 95.9 FM, effective immediately. Listeners can also continue to hear FOX Sports 980 on 980 AM and the devices they use the most via the iHeartRadio app.
FOX Sports 980 features renowned hosts, Clay Travis, Dan Patrick, Colin Cowherd, and Doug Gottlieb. In addition, the station is the home for the Boston Red Sox, select NFL games, and March Madness basketball.
