iHeartMedia CHR “107.5 Kiss-FM” KKDM Des Moines has promoted Taylor J from APD to Program Director.
Taylor J joined KKDM in 2018 after previously spending fifteen years at iHeartMedia St. Louis over two stints including stints as Director of Marketing and Promotions and programming Hip Hop “100.3 The Beat” KATZ-FM and CHR “Z107.7” KSLZ. She also has hosted nights at Hot AC “Y98” KYKY.
She assumes the Program Director role from iHeartMedia Des Moines SVP/Programming Jeff Cage.
iHeartMedia announced today that Taylor J has been named Program Director for 107.5 KISS FM, Des Moines’#1 Hit Music Station, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Des Moines has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than six stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Program Director, Taylor J will be responsible for generating compelling content, exciting promotions, and increased ratings and revenue. In addition, she will continue to host middays on 107.5 KISS FM. Taylor J will report to Jeff Cage, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Des Moines.

Taylor J joined 107.5 KISS FM in 2018 and most recently served as Assistant Program Director. In addition, she continues to serve as the midday on-air talent for the station. Prior to arriving at iHeartMedia Des Moines in 2018, she spent 15 years in the St. Louis market, mainly with iHeartMedia St. Louis, where she held several roles including Program Director for 100.3 The Beat and Z107.7, Director of Marketing and Promotions, as well as an On-air personality for many years on both Z107.7 as well as Alternative and Rhythmic CHR stations in the market. She began her career at WBBM-FM in Chicago and is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago.
