Alpha Media has announced that CHR “Live 95.5” KBFF Portland Content Director Dylan Salisbury will add additional duties as Assistant Content Director of Country “98.7 The Bull” KUPL Portland.

Salisbury has been with Alpha Portland since June 2022 after serving as PD of Cumulus Media CHR “98.9 Magic-FM” KKMG Colorado Springs. Salisbury has also served as APD/MD/afternoon host at WZPL Indianapolis, Music Director/afternoon host at KKDM Des Moines, afternoon host at KFRX Lincoln NE, and producer and late night host at KDWB Minneapolis.

His addition of duties at KUPL follows the addition of Tim Richards as Content Director earlier this month.

In a memo shared by Richards, the company stated:

We’re excited to announce that Dylan Salisbury has been named Assistant Content Director of KUPL, Portland (98.7 The Bull). “Dylan is one of the brightest programmers in the business and we’re fortunate he’s adding The Bull to his portfolio while maintaining his Content Director responsibilities for KBFF”. said Tim Richards.

Dylan said: “Anyone who knows me knows my passion for country music. KUPL are legendary call letters and I’m honored to be a part of the team. I’m grateful to Tim, Phil, Robert, and the rest of the Bull staff for the opportunity. Let’s get to work.”

Dylan began programming KBFF in June of 2022. Before that, Salisbury held a two-year stint as Program Director and Afternoon Host at 98.8 Magic FM (KKMG) in Colorado Springs, CO. Salisbury refined his programming, hosting and social media skills at 99.5 WZPL (Indianapolis, IN), 107.5 KISS FM (KKDM Des Moines, IA), 106.3 KFRX (Lincoln, NE), 101.3 KDWB (Minneapolis, MN). He also did remote tracking for 106.5 The End (KUDL, Sacramento), 103.7 Kiss FM (WXSS Milwaukee), Cat Country 95.1 (KATC Colorado Springs), and Mainstream Country Nights for Westwood One.
