Former SummitMedia Chief Revenue Officer John Walker has launched revenue optimization firm Sales Ranch.
Walker served as Market President for SummitMedia Birmingham from December 2015 until exiting at the end of 2023. He had added the CRO position in September 2021. Prior to joining SummitMedia he was Regional Vice President for Cumulus Media’s Birmingham, Huntsville and Montgomery clusters after earlier serving as Market Manager in Huntsville.
Sales Ranch says it offers a full scope of revenue optimization solutions to aid broadcasters in accelerating their revenue quickly, efficiently, and affordably.
Walker said, “After more than 25 years in broadcasting, I am excited to share my success and experience with the industry as a whole. As broadcasters face an increasingly challenging landscape, we identified the need for an innovative approach to sales and marketing designed especially for media companies.”
Among the services being offered by the company are: fractional executive services, sales operations, graphic design solutions, lead generation, and data driven insights.
