Broadcast technology services and systems integration provider Inrush Broadcast Services has announced the promotion of Rob Bertrand to CEO.
Concurrently, founder Mike Dorris will become Chief Operating Officer. Partner Shaun Dolan will assume the role of SVP/Emerging Technologies, partner Brian Sapp is now SVP/Client Success & Service Delivery, while partner Cameron Boswell becomes SVP/Integration and Systems Engineering.
Bertrand joined Inrush in January as a partner after most recently serving as enior Director of Technology for WAMU Washington DC from 2016 until 2024. He began his career as a staff engineer for WCTC/WMGQ New Brunswick NJ before spending over a decade at CBS Radio New York rising to Chief Engineer in 2010.
Dorris said, “It’s incredible how much we’ve grown over the past five years. We’re ready to be more intentional about how we work. It’s what we had in mind when we brought Rob aboard early this year. I’m thrilled that things have worked out so well and that our company is well-positioned to continue leading the growth of engineering services for the radio industry. The move comes as Inrush expands its products and services. Dolan will lead technical innovation, currently focusing on development and rollout of their “phone company for broadcasters” InrushVoice that already supports millions of calls every month for stations nationwide. Sapp will expand his role managing service delivery and leading their 24/7 NOC operations. Boswell will oversee studio and data center buildouts and integrations.
