Pamal Broadcasting Country “100.9 The Cat” WKLI-FM Albany/107.1 WKBE Corinth NY has added ‘Marissa on the Radio’ for middays starting Monday, September 29.
The move marks a return for the cluster for her as she spent much of her career at sister CHR “Fly 92.3” WFLY with two stints between 2004 and 2016 eventually rising to APD/MD/afternoon host. She has also spent time as MD/midday host at KQKQ Omaha, APD/midday host at Townsquare Media Country 107.7 WGNA Albany, and evening host at WKLB Boston. She is also a prolific voicetracker currently heard on stations including WOLF-FM Syracuse, WHBC-FM Canton OH, WKVL Knoxville TN, WUDE Columbia SC, and WEGC-FM Albany GA.
She shared, “I spent the majority of the first chunk of my career right here in Albany, NY. The job I always wanted, I achieved and held successfully for almost 10 years. Budgets changed, life changed and if you’ve been following me this whole time then we got to go on an adventure together! I never thought “home” would be an option again…until now.
