Cox Media Group has appointed Danny Bortnick as Vice President of Local Revenue and Client Growth for its radio division.
Bortnick joins Cox from Hubbard West Palm Beach where he has been Director of Sales since October 2024. Bortnick previously served as Regional SVP/Sales for iHeartMedia Washington DC/Baltimore from 2018 to 2024 as well as roles at CBS Radio in New York and Washington as Local Sales Manager for 92.3 WXRK/102.7 WWFS New York, General Sales Manager of 99.1 WNEW Washington, and Washington cluster VP/Director of Sales between 2010 and 2018. He also has held roles as Director of Sales for Salem Media New York, as Interactive Sales Manager for WINS New York and an account executive at Katz Media.
