Alexandra Communications has sold AC “Star 95.5” KUJJ McCall ID to Inspirational Family Radio for $85,000. The buyer has been operating KUJJ under LMA where it will join Country 98.3 KDZY in a duopoly.

Radio Two, LLC acquires Gospel 1110 KTTP Pineville/Alexandria LA from Benajmin-Dane LLC for $100,000. Radio Two began operating KTTP via Time Brokerage Agreement on June 1.

Translator Sales

Alpha Media has purchased SSR Communications’ 96.9 W245AH Ridgeland MS for $113,000. W245AH holds a CP to upgrade to move to Jackson with 250 watts where it will rebroadcast Alpha News/Talk 1180 WJNT Pearl.

Wood Broadcasting Company purchases 106.7 W294AT Macon MS from Max One Communications for $20,000. Wood specifies that during the upcoming translator waiver period it will relocate to Jackson to rebroadcast their Bluegrass “1120 The Tradition” WTWZ Clinton.

First Ventures Capital Partners sells 101.9 W270AO Winona MS to Paul Scott Alexander Jr. for $25,000. The application lists that W270AO will continue to rebroadcast American Family Association’s 98.3 WDFX Cleveland MS.

Edgewater Broadcasting’s 90.7 W214BW Citronelle/Mobile AL goes to Agape Educational Media for $28,000. W214BW will rebroadcast Agape’s Christian AC “Wow 90.9” WOWB Brewton AL.

Screen Door Broadcasting keeps buying translators as Bott Radio’s Community Broadcasting keeps selling them in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma. This time Screen Door will purchase 6 of Community’s Construction Permits for a combined $114,000. 94.1 K231CK Mexico MO and 96.3 K242CL Iberia MO will go for $16,000 each, 105.3 K287BH Ponca City OK for $27,000, 96.3 K242CO Enid OK for $30,000, 104.9 K285GH Auburn NE for $10,000, and 103.9 K280GA Cabool MO for $15,000.

Western North Carolina Public Radio sells 102.1 W271CL Brevard NC to Gonuts Media for $25,000. The translator already rebroadcasts the buyer’s “Q102” 1240 WSQL Brevard.

Owensville Communications purchases 105.5 K288FC Camden AR from First Ventures Capital Partners for $30,000. The buyer owns News/Talk 1490 WVBG Vicksburg MS, but will need the AM revitalization waiver to relocate it.

First Ventures Capital Partners also sells 89.5 W208BT Spencer IN (which just applied to move to 100.3) to Samuel Stratemeyer for $35,000. Stratemeyer’s 1490 WKRO Cairo IL seems to be the likely destination for the translator in the revitalization waiver period.

Real Presence Radio acquires 91.1 K216DI Harvey ND from Covenant Network for $17,500 to rebroadcast Catholic 91.3 KXRP Bismarck.

Legend Communications of Wyoming purchases 105.9 K290BJ Rock Springs and the CPs for 99.5 K258CD Casper and 107.5 K298BO Jackson WY from Edgewater Broadcasting for $109,800. Legend intends to move the translators in the upcoming AM revitalization waiver window to rebroadcast some of their owned AMs.

Lovcom Inc. acquires 105.1 K286AY Bondurant and the CP for 93.1 K226CB Big Piney WY from Rule Communications for $45,000. Lovcom owns six stations including two AMs in Sheridan WY that will likely be the intended destinations for the translators.
