Dispatch Broadcasting Sports “97.1 The Fan” WBNS-FM Columbus OH has hired Beau Bishop and James Laurinaitis as its new 10am-12pm hosts. Bishop previously worked at the station and sister WBNS-TV from 2007-2015 before moving to Entercom’s “92.3 The Fan” WKRK-FM Cleveland. Laurinaitis played in the NFL with the St. Louis Rams and New Orleans Saints from 2009-2016 after playing collegiately at Ohio State University. He also works as an analyst for Big Ten Network.
IHeartMedia Sports “Orange & Blue 760” KDSP Denver has appointed Michael Coover as Executive Producer.
Coover will produce multiple dayparts and oversee the station’s digital presence while reporting to Program Director Tim Spence. He spent 15 years at Fox Sports Radio as a producer before spending time as Executive Producer of the afternoon show at Bonneville Sports “104.3 The Fan” KKFN Denver and most recently served as a talent booker for Envision Radio.
iHeartMedia Denver announced today that Michael Coover has been named Executive Producer for Orange & Blue 760 – All Broncos, All The Time – effective immediately. iHeartMedia Denver has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than nine stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

As Executive Producer to Orange & Blue 760, Coover will be responsible for producing multiple dayparts, handling the station’s digital footprint and elevating Orange & Blue 760 as the station enters its second year. He will report to Tim Spence, Program Director for Orange & Blue 760 (KDSP) and KHOW.

Coover spent 15 years at Fox Sports Radio as Executive Producer before moving to The Fan (KKFN) in Denver as Executive Producer for The Drive with Big Al and D Mac.
