Grand Junction Media has relaunched Country “107.3 Canyon Country” K297BR Grand Junction/KGJX-HD4 Fruita CO to Classic Country “107.3 The Outlaw“.
The station is focusing on Country hits from the 70s through early 2000s with core artists including Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Reba McIntyre, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, and Garth Brooks. Former Cherry Creek Media Montrose CO Operations Manager Scott Staley, who joined the company in December as Operations Manager, is serving as PD/morning host. Ed Chandler, former midday host at Townsquare Media Classic Hits “Kool 107.9” KEKL, will host afternoons.
