Cox Media Group has announced the hiring of Raymond Hernandez as Director of Branding and Programming for Spanish Hot AC “Exitos 96.5” WOEX Orlando.
Hernandez joins Cox from West Palm Beach where he was serving as SVP/Programming for VCMG since November 2019. He spent ten years with iHeartMedia programming Hot AC “93.9 MIA” WMIA and Spanish CHR “Mega 94.9” WMGE from 2006 to 2016, and has also programmed Dance “Revolution 93.5” WZFL Miami and XM’s “Caliente” channel during his career.
He succeeds Estee Martin in the programming role at WOEX.
Cox Media Group (“CMG”) today announced the hiring of longtime programming veteran Raymond Hernandez to oversee Exitos 96.5 (WOEX) Orlando. Raymond will oversee the day-to-day station programming and will work with the Orlando team to execute the strategic action plan. He brings over 30 years of broadcast experience and has been recognized multiple times as one of the top Spanish Programmers in America.
