Cumulus Media has announced that Travis Daily will serve as Vice President of Country overseeing all 55 of the company’s Country stations in its portfolio.
Daily joined Cumulus in December 2022 as PD/afternoon host at “93.3 The Bull” KUBL Salt Lake City and moved to Nashville to assume the role as Brand and Content Manager for Classic Country “95.5 Nash Icon” WSM-FM and Country “103.3 Country” WKDF on May 1. He will remain in those roles in Nashville. Prior to joining the company, Daily was OM/PD/morning host at “Y96.9” KCCY Pueblo/Colorado Springs CO from 2000-05, then launched Country “US 103.5” WFUS as PD and rose to SVP/Programming overseeing Tampa and Sarasota from 2016-17. He then moved to Beasley Media Tampa as cluster Operations Manager and Program Director of Country 99.5 WQYK from April 2018 to October 2022.
He succeeds Charlie Cook who will be departing the company at the end of the month.
