Nielsen Audio has released Day 2 of its monthly four day sweep of ratings in PPM markets.
Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Phoenix, Detroit, Minneapolis, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, San Diego, Baltimore, and St. Louis.

Nielsen added Emmis Bilingual AC “98.7 La Exitosa” WEPN-FM to the subscriber list showing the station with a 1.2 share
Washington DC
Public News/Talk 88.5 WAMU’s lead narrows as much as possible with a 12.3 to 11.4 drop, while Hubbard News 103.5 WTOP is down 11.7 to 11.3. iHeartMedia AC 97.1 WASH is up 6.5 to 6.7. Howard University Adult R&B 96.3 WHUR is off 5.5 to 5.4. iHeartMedia Alternative “DC 101” WWDC dips 5.5 to 5.3.
Cumulus Conservative Talk 105.9 WMAL rises 2.8 – 3.3 – 3.9 – 4.7. iHeart Classic Rock “Big 100” WBIG-FM gains 2.8 – 3.7 – 3.9. Audacy Classic Hits “94.7 The Drive” WIAD rises 3.3 to 3.9, while sister Rhythmic CHR 95.5 WPGC is up for the fourth straight month 3.0 to 3.3.
iHeart CHR “Hot 99.5” WIHT trends down 3.7 – 3.4 – 3.0. Classical 90.9 WETA-FM is down 4.5 – 4.1. – 3.8.
Bloomberg Business News “Bloomberg 99.1” WDCH rises 0.9 – 1.0 – 1.3 with all of the uncertainty from Trump’s tariff plans. Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes that is the highest share on the station since it was CBS’ “All News 99.1” WNEW in September 2015.

Audacy AC “Magic 106.7” WMJX extends its lead to a full share point 7.0 to 7.2. Beasley’s “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM falls 9.0 – 6.8 – 6.2. iHeartMedia News 1030 WBZ dips 6.2 to 5.8. iHeart Classic Rock 100.7 WZLX continues its climb 3.6 – 4.5 – 5.2 – 5.7. Beasley Classic Hits 105.7 WROR rises 4.8 to 5.1.
Public News/Talk 90.9 WBUR is down 5.6 to 4.8.
Audacy Variety Hits “Big 103” WBGB continues its climb 2.1 – 2.4 – 2.7 – 3.7. iHeartMedia Country “101.7 The Bull” is up 1.4 – 1.8 – 2.1 following its addition of non-Country songs.
Just like Washington, Bloomberg’s “Bloomberg 92.9” WBOS-FM rose 0.7 to 1.0 with its tariff coverage.

Hubbard Rock 97.9 KUPD continues its early year rise 4.1 – 4.5 – 4.8 – 5.7, while sister Alternative “Alt AZ 93.3” KDKB holds at a 4.0 share to time for fifth with Audacy Classic Hits “Big 94.5” KOOL-FM (up 3.7 to 4.0).

Classic Hits 104.3 WOMC trends 5.7 – 6.6 – 7.0 – 7.3, while News 950 WWJ (down 5.9 to 5.5) and Country 99.5 WYCD (up 5.2 to 5.5) tie for fourth.
