The Role

• On-Air: Wake up Northern Nevada with high energy, sharp local wit, and an authentic connection to the country lifestyle.
• Behind the Board: Shape the overall station sound, guide music scheduling, and direct the programming strategy to keep our ratings at the top.
• In the Community: Be the face of the brand at major local concerts, promotions, and charity functions across the Biggest Little City.

What We Need from You?

• Proven on-air experience with a track record of winning morning radio.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in radio programming and team management.
• Deep passion for country music, local culture, and audience engagement.
• Sharp digital instincts to drive social media and station promotions.
