The Way Radio Group sells “Young Country 107.1” KRVA-FM Campbell TX to Racy Properties for $125,000. The buyer owns Oldies 1230 KSST Sulphur Springs and has been operating KRVA-FM via LMA since December 1, 2017.
Radio Works Inc. will acquires “Fox Sports Camden” 92.7 KBEU Bearden AR from MLS Broadcasting for $155,000. The buyer will also pay for a new transmitter for the seller’s “ESPN Texarkana 94.1” KTRG Hooks TX. KBEU will join a Radio Works cluster that includes Country “Y95.3” KCXY East Camden, Hot AC “K97.1” KAMD-FM Camden and Urban 104.5 KMGC Camden.
United States CP is donating the license, antenna and transmission lines for 95.5 KEZF Pine Bluffs WY to Dr. Michael Augustus Cultural and Musical Arts Foundation. The value of the station (up to $100,000) will be determined by an appraiser.
