Kris Fisher has exited as Program Director of Beasley Media Rhythmic AC “Jammin 105.7” KOAS and Hot AC “Star 107.9” KVGS in the Las Vegas market after just ten months. Fisher joined the cluster in September 2018 after programming for the company in Augusta GA from 2015-2018. He spent a previous tour at Beasley Augusta as APD/afternoon host of CHR “HD 98.3” WHHD from 2006-2013 and has also worked in Corpus Christi and Panama City.

Joe Limardi has announced his exit as Operations Manager of Townsquare Media Hudson Valley NY to join Half Full Brewery in Stamford CT as Director of Brand Experience. Limardi joined Townsquare in 2014 and previously also oversaw the company’s Portsmouth NH properties. He programmed Country 650 WSM Nashville from 2007-2014 and has also worked in Danbury CT and Providence RI.
After just over a year as iHeartMedia Vice President of Podcast Programming, Matty Staudt has exited to form Jam Street Media. Jam Street Media will serve as a podcast production and coaching service. Prior to rising to VP in June 2018, Staudt served as Digital Program Director for the company’s San Francisco cluster and has also served as morning show producer for WNEW New York and KITS and KLLC San Francisco, Executive Producer of the syndicated G. Gordon Liddy show and Content and Community Director at Sticher.
Radio Vermont Group has announced the addition of Zeb Norris as Program Director of Classic Hits “101 The One” 101.7 WCVT Stowe/Burlington VT.
Norris just exited Northeast Broadcasting AAA “104.7 The Point” WNCS Montpelier after 13 years as PD. Previous WCVT Program Director Frankie Allen has moved into sales at the station.
Longtime Triple A WNCS/Burlington, VT PD Zeb Norris resurfaces as the new PD at Radio Vermont Group’s Classic Hits 101 the One.

“We got lucky,” adds Cormier. “With long time PD Frankie Allen moving to the sales side, we needed someone now and there was Zeb. He brings more than just being a Program Director which will help the overall group.”
Norris’ first day with RVG will be Monday July 15th. He will also hold down an air shift to be determined. Prior to a 13-year run at WNCS Norris worked in Albany NY, Sacramento, Seattle/Tacoma, San Jose, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco.
Entercom has swapped afternoon hosts at two of its San Diego stations. Gene Knight returns to AC 96.5 KYXY, while Joe Rosati heads to Classic Hits “Sunny 98.1” KXSN. Knight had hosted afternoons and then nights at KYXY until 2012. After a stint as Music Director at Rhythmic Oldies “Magic 92.5” XHRM, he joined KXSN in 2016 and also serves as MD of both KXSN and KYXY. Rosati moved to KYXY for middays in January 2017 after previously working at sister CHR “Energy 103.7” KEGY. He also remains Imaging Director for KYXY.
Also in San Diego, TEGNA Variety Hits “100.7 San Diego” KFMB-FM has announced the addition of market veteran Karen ‘Cha Cha’ Harlow for Saturday afternoons and fill-ins. Harlow most recently hosted afternoons at Classic Hits “105.7 Max-FM” XHPRS until it went off the air last December.
100.7 San Diego announced today that Karen “Cha Cha” Harlow is joining the weekend on-air team. She will be on Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will also help fill-in elsewhere as needed.
Cha Cha first started in San Diego radio in the 80s, crossing the border to the XHTZ studios in Mexico. She then joined KHTS/San Diego in the afternoon before leaving to fulfill her LA dreams where she worked as a news anchor and reporter at KNX/Los Angeles. Most recently, she did afternoons at XHPRS/Tijuana-San Diego until that station was taken off the air in December 2018.
