Trudi Daniels has departed iHeartMedia Classic Rock 106.7 WLLZ Detroit at the end of her contract.

Daniels joined WLLZ when it flipped to Classic Rock in March 2019 after a 25 year run at Greater Media’s duo of Classic Rock 94.7 WCSX and Rock 101.1 WRIF from 1991 to 2017 where she was part of WRIF’s “Drew & Mike Show” until 2013 and then co-hosted mornings on WCSX.

She will continue to be part of the Drew & Mike podcast hosted by Drew Lane. Best of’s from the podcast air on WLLZ on Saturday mornings.

WLLZ fill-in host Rob Brandt is currently listed in the midday timeslot. Brandt joined WLLZ in September 2023 after a nearly 30 year run at Cumulus Media Classic Rock 96.9 WLAV-FM Grand Rapids. He is also heard on multiple iHeartMedia Rock and Classic Rock stations across the country.
