After over 22 years with Saga Communications Rock “Lazer 103.3” KAZR Pella/Des Moines IA, Suzi Collings will depart her role as Production Director and midday host on Wednesday, April 2.

Collings originally joined KAZR in 2002 and has spent time in all dayparts outside of mornings. She made the announcement on the station’s morning show to focus on operating her second-hand children’s store “Where The Child Things Are” in a local mall. She told the Des Moines Register, “I know that probably sounds cliché, but my favorite part of the job was meeting the people. I think Heather kind of stated it best when I announced the news on Friday on their show, that I’ve grown with the listeners and the listeners have grown with me. It will be very strange to turn on the radio and be a listener for the first time.”
