Entercom AC “New 102.7” WNEW New York has made multiple staffing changes.

Exiting the station are APD/MD Fabi Pimentel and midday host Shannon Holly, while John Mingione joins as morning co-host.

Pimentel, who departed March 8 to pursue other opportunities, had been with WNEW since 2002 serving as Music Director and Assistant Program Director through its iterations under the “Blink“, “Mix“, “Fresh“, and “New” monikers. She began her career with CBS Radio as Executive Assistant to then Program Director Steve Kingston.

Holly joined WNEW as a weekend host in 2016 and moved up to middays last year following the station’s rebranding as “New 102.7“. She previously served as morning co-host at WXKB Fort Myers, WSTR Atlanta, and KSTP-FM Minneapolis.

Inbound as morning co-host alongside Karen Carson is John Mingione. Mingione most recently served as a cast member of the Todd & Jayde Show on 95.5 WPLJ and has also worked at Cox Media Long Island as Director of Digital Media and part of the Dana & Jayson Show on CHR 106.1 WBLI.
