JD Garfield will exit as Program Director/afternoon host at Alpha Media CHR 99.7 WDJX Louisville as of May 31.

Garfield joined WDJX in May 2017 from the PD/midday host position at Impact Radio Group Rhythmic CHR “Wild 101.1” KWYD Parma/Boise ID and previously has programmed in Bloomington IL, Madison WI, and Springfield MO.

In a brief memo Garfield stated, “I would like to thank Ben Davis and Phil Becker for giving me the amazing opportunity to stand at the helm of one of the premiere Top 40 stations in the country. It truly has been a rewarding experience that I’ll never forget. I’d also like to extend a heart-felt thank you to the entire staff of talented and amazing individuals at Alpha Media Louisville.”
