Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Phoenix, Detroit, Minneapolis, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, San Diego, Baltimore, and St. Louis.

Hubbard News 103.5 WTOP continues to surge as it rises for the fourth straight month 13.1 to 13.9, which is the largest share ever recorded by the station and the highest non-Holiday share since 630 WMAL in Winter 1977. Public News/Talk 88.5 WAMU slides 12.7 – 11.2 – 11.0. Howard University Adult R&B 96.3 WHUR jumps up 5.8 to 6.8. iHeartMedia Alternative “DC 101” WWDC rebounds 4.4 to 4.9, while sister AC 97.1 WASH continues its drop 5.1 – 4.6 – 4.3.
Classical 90.9 WETA-FM trends up 3.3 – 3.6 – 4.2.
Cumulus Media Conservative Talk 105.9 WMAL is down 4.7 to 4.0. iHeart Country 98.7 WMZQ gains 3.0 to 3.5.
Audacy Rhythmic CHR 95.5 WPGC rebounds 2.6 to 3.1, while sister Classic Hits “94.7 The Drive” WIAD slides 4.6 – 3.0 – 2.9 and Spanish CHR “El Zol 107.9” WLZL falls 3.4 to 1.8.

Audacy AC “Magic 106.7” WMJX takes the Boston lead as it jumps up 5.4 to 6.6. iHeartMedia CHR “Kiss 108” WXKS-FM rises 4.9 to 5.2 to tie for second with sister Classic Rock 100.7 WZLX as it is down 5.7 to 5.2. Audacy Hot AC “Mix 104.1” WWBX (5.6 to 4.7) and Beasley Media Classic Hits 105.7 WROR (5.3 to 4.7) drop into a fourth place tie.
Beasley’s “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM rises 3.8 to 4.4 as Audacy Sports 93.7 WEEI-FM slides 4.9 – 4.4 – 4.2.
Beasley Rhythmic Throwbacks “Hot 96.9” WBQT jumps 3.4 to 4.1 for its best share since April 2023.
Public News/Talk 90.9 WBUR slides 5.0 – 4.5 – 4.2, while competing 89.7 WGBH-FM is down 3.6 to 3.3.
Northeast Broadcasting AAA “92.5 The River” WXRV climbs 2.6 – 2.8 – 3.0 – 3.4 for its best showing since October 2020. Competitor 88.9 WERS falls 1.8 to 1.0.

Public News/Talk 94.9 KUOW-FM climbs 7.5 – 7.9 – 8.4 – 9.1 to set a new station record high. Bonneville’s “Seattle Sports” 710 KIRO has risen every month across the baseball season from a 1.6 share back in February with a 5.4 to 6.3 rise in August. Audacy Rock 99.9 KISW gains 4.3 to 5.1 to tie for third with iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 The Jet” KJEB as it drops 5.6 to 5.1. Hubbard AC “Warm 106.9” KRWM inches up 4.7 to 4.8.
