Hubbard Radio Classic Rock “97.1 The Drive” WDRV Chicago/96.9 WWDV Zion IL has announced the addition of Rachel Kelso to the Sherman & Tingle Show.

Kelso joins the station as an Associate Producer alongside co-hosts Brian Sherman, Steve Tingle and Executive Producer Jill Egan on the morning show. She joins WDRV from a producer role at Entercom Hot AC “Star 94.1” WSTR Atlanta’s “Jenn & Friends” morning show. She began her radio career at WSTR last year after interning at the station through college.

Hubbard Radio Chicago welcomes Rachel Kelso to 97-1 FM, The Drive. Rachel will assume a newly- created role as Associate Producer with The Sherman & Tingle Show (Brian Sherman, Steve Tingle with Executive Producer, Jill Egan — weekdays 5:30-9:00am.)

Rachel’s move to Chicago follows her successful run as a producer with “The Jenn & Friends Show” at WSTR-FM, Atlanta. A 2018 graduate of The University of Georgia, Rachel interned with WSTR’s morning show throughout her college career before segueing into the full-time role following school.

On her new position Rachel commented, “I found my passion for radio in Atlanta where I learned everything from audio production to voicing on-air segments and weekend shows. I am excited to embrace this opportunity with a talent-forward, distinguished company like Hubbard Broadcasting. I am overjoyed and very eager to work with the team at The Drive!”
