A change is afoot in mornings at Beasley Media Country 92.5 WXTU Philadelphia as Frank Lario exits after two and a half years co-hosting with Andie Summers.
In a brief blog post on the WXTU website the station wrote, “Big news happened right before Thanksgiving. Frank let us know that he will no longer be on the show with us. This was his decision and we’re sure he gave it a lot of thought and feels that he’s doing what’s in his best interest. We loved working with him and we wish him well.”
Lario joined the WXTU morning show in March 2016 after previously serving as a weekend host for the station. He previously had runs at Rock 93.3 WMMR and 94.1 WYSP in the market.
Beasley has posted its opening for the morning co-host position at this link.
