As expected WCIT flipped to Classic Country as “98.5 The Legend” at 12pm on July 4.
The station is utilizing programming from Local Radio Networks and creates a flanker for sister Country “92.1 The Frog” WFGF Wapakoneta.
Original Report 7/2: Woof Boom Radio has dropped Sports on “SportsTalk 940” WCIT Lima OH as the station has fired up its new FM translator 98.5 W253CM Lima.
With the addition of the FM, the stations are currently airing Christmas music and promoting a new format launch on July 4 at 12pm. WCIT previously aired programming from CBS Sports Radio and was one of two Sports stations in the Woof Boom cluster along with “93.1 The Fan” WWSR.
