The Rob, Anybody and Dawn Show has exited Lotus Communications Sports “Fox Sports Sacramento” 890 KSAC Olivehurst/104.7 K284CM Sacramento.
The show had debuted on the station in November 2023 as part of a partnership between Lotus and host Rob Williams’ Williams Broadcasting Incorporated as “RAD Radio” carrying the show live in mornings with replays in afternoons and overnights, and best-of segments running in middays and evenings. The station would then move to Sports keeping the live airing of the show in mornings in August 2024.
In a message on the show’s social media platforms, Williams said, “RAD RADIO has mutually agreed to part ways with 104.7 FM/890 AM in the Sacramento area. We thank and appreciate them for their support. We are live across our other platforms for a new RAD show this morning.” The show continues airing on Lotus Communications Rock 104.5 KDOT Reno and their RAD Radio streaming platforms.
The show originally debuted on KDOT in 1996 as “Rob, Arnie & Dawn” before moving to Entercom’s “98 Rock” KRXQ Sacramento in 1999. The show would rebrand as “Rob, Anybody & Dawn” following co-host Arnie States’ exit in 2015 and remained on KRXQ until June 2023.
