After joining Cox Media Group’s “Your Georgia Country” 106.1 WNGC Arcade/Athens GA at the start of this year, Alyssa DiTomasso has departed the station’s morning show.
DiTomasso shared that she is joining “an up-and-coming digital news platform to launch a series of on-camera feature journalism, in-depth video interviews, and independent digital storytelling.” She joined WNGC from Audacy’s “Star 94” WSTR Atlanta where she served as a producer and on-air host since 2020. DiTomasso has also held roles at Beasley’s 1100 WWWE Atlanta and interned for The Bert Show.
DiTomasso had been teamed in mornings with Adam Bomb, who is conspicuously missing from the station’s website.
