The fourth and final day of Nielsen Audio’s PPM releases for the month bring Austin, Raleigh/Durham, Indianapolis, Nashville, Milwaukee, Jacksonville, Providence, Norfolk, Greensboro/Winston-Salem, West Palm Beach, Memphis, and Hartford.

98.1 KVET-FM AustinWaterloo Media Variety Hits “103.5 Bob-FM” KBPA holds at a 11.5 share. iHeartMedia Country 98.1 KVET-FM jumps up 5.4 to 7.1. Public News/Talk 90.5 KUT-FM falls 8.4 – 7.6 – 6.1. Audacy AC “Majic 95.5” KKMJ is down 6.3 to 5.5. AAA 98.9 KUTX is down 5.3 to 4.8.

In its final monthly before its flip to Texas/Red Dirt Country, Audacy Classic Hip Hop “Hot 95.9” KKMJ-HD3 holds at a 0.6 share.

Raleigh/Durham

96.1 BBB WBBB RaleighRadio One Adult R&B “Foxy 107.1/104.3” WFXC/WFXK rises 8.6 – 8.9 – 10.0. iHeartMedia Conservative Talk “Talk 106.1” WTKK jumps up 7.3 to 8.3. Capitol Broadcasting AC “Mix 101.5” WRAL-FM slides 9.2 – 8.9 – 8.1. Curtis Media Variety Hits “96.1 BBB” WBBB continues its surge up from its 4.5 in Holiday 2023 to rise 6.7 to 7.8 for its best share since April 2021. Public News/Talk 91.5 WUNC-FM is down 8.7 – 7.9 – 6.9.

Curtis Media Country 94.7 WQDR slips 5.4 – 5.1 – 4.9, while iHeart’s “B93.9” WNCB is down 4.1 to 3.5.

iHeartMedia CHR “G105” WDCG is up 3.8 to 4.4.

93.5 107.5 The Fan 1070 WIBC-HD2 IndianapolisRadio One AC “B105.7” WYXB remains on top 9.2 to 9.1. Cumulus Classic Hits 104.5 WJJK moves up to second 6.7 – 7.8 – 8.5. Radio One Adult R&B 106.7 WTLC-FM slides 9.5 – 8.1 – 7.2. Radio One News/Talk 93.1 WIBC is up 5.1 – 5.7 – 6.9. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Q95” WFBQ is up 6.2 to 6.5.

Cumulus AC “107.9 The Mix” WNTR is up 4.7 to 5.3. iHeartMedia Classic Alternative “Indy 103.3” WOLT is up 4.0 – 4.4 – 4.8.

Public News/Talk 90.1 WFYI falls 5.9 to 4.8.

Thanks to the Pacers run to the conference finals and the buzz around Caitlin Clark’s debut for the Fever, Radio One Sports “93.5/107.5 The Fan” WIBC-HD2 jumps up 2.3 to 3.5. Radio One Hip Hop “Hot 100.9” WHHH slides 4.5 – 4.1. – 3.0.

Nashville

101.1 The Beat WUBT NashvilleMidwest Communications AC “Mix 92.9” WJXA jumps up 9.9 to 11.7 to build a four and a half share lead in Music City. iHeartMedia Hip Hip “101.1 The Beat” WUBT surges up from tenth to second with a 4.7 to 7.2 jump. Midwest Variety Hits “96.3 Jack-FM” WCJK is up 6.9 to 7.0. Cumulus Conservative Talk “99.7 WTN” WWTN see-saws 6.5 – 5.7 – 6.5. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “105.9 The Rock” WNRQ is up 5.8 to 6.1.

iHeartMedia CHR “107.5 The River” WRVW climbs 4.9 to 5.8. Cumulus Sports “104.5 The Zone” WGFX slides 6.6 – 5.5 – 5.3. Cromwell Media Rock “102.9 The Buzz” WBUZ is down 5.0 to 4.2.

Cumulus’ “103.3 Country” WKDF is down 6.9 to 5.5, while iHeartMedia’s competing “The Big 98” WSIX dips 5.7 to 5.5. Cumulus Classic Country “95.5 Nash Icon” WSM-FM continues its spring rise 3.8 – 4.1 – 4.8.

Hope Media Group Christian AC “88.7 Way-FM” gets a bump from the demise of Salem Christian AC “94 The Fish” WFFH/WFFI as it rises 2.5 – 3.2 – 3.6. EMF’s existing “K-Love” 97.1 WLVU is down 3.6 – 3.3 – 3.1, while WFFH/WFFI as it moved to its placeholder formats for the month of May drops from a 3.6 to 0.8.

Milwaukee

HYFIN Hyphen 88.9 WYMS MilwaukeeiHeartMedia Conservative Talk 1130 WISN climbs 9.0 – 10.3 – 12.1 for what Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is its largest share since November 2020. Saga Classic Rock “Hometown Rock 96.5” WKLH moves up to second 7.8 to 8.0. iHeart Classic Hits “95.7 Big-FM” WRIT-FM dips 7.0 to 6.5. iHeart Country “FM 106.1” WMIL is up 5.0 to 5.5. Audacy AC “99.1 The Mix” WMYX inches up 4.6 to 4.7.

Milwaukee Radio Alliance AC “B93.3” WLDB slides 5.4 – 4.8 – 4.5 – 3.9. iHeart Hip Hop “V100” WKKV is down 4.0 – 3.2 – 3.0. Saga’s “Pure Oldies 106.9” WRXS-FM drops 3.6 to 2.9.

AAA “88nine” WYMS is up 0.6 to 0.7, but notably its HD subchannel Urban Alternative “Hyfin” WYMS-HD2 rises 0.2 to 0.8 to surpass the share of its parent signal with no analog option.

Jacksonville

93.3 The Beat WJBT JacksonvilleCox Classic Rock “96.9 The Eagle” WJGL maintains its lead despite sliding 12.2 – 11.8 – 10.2. Renda AC 96.1 WEJZ is down 10.6 – 10.2 – 9.9. Cox News/Talk 104.5 WOKV-FM dips 9.1 to 8.7. iHeartMedia Adult R&B “V101.5” WSOL-FM is up 6.7 to 7.4, while sister Country 99.1 WQIK rises 5.9 to 6.8.

iHeart Hip Hop “93.3 The Beat” WJBT trends up 4.6 – 5.3 – 5.7. Renda’s “99.9 Gator Country” WGNE is down 4.6 to 4.0. iHeartMedia Rock “107.3 Planet Radio” WPLA slides 4.8 – 4.6 – 4.0.

Public News/Talk 89.9 WJCT rises 2.1 – 2.4 – 2.8.

Hall Communications’ “Cat Country 98.1” WCTK slips 8.4 – 8.0 – 7.7. Cumulus News/Talk 630 WPRO/99.7 WEAN rises 6.2 – 7.0 – 7.3. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Now 93.3” continues to climb 5.7 – 6.6 – 7.1 for what Huff notes is its largest share since January 2014.

Cumulus CHR “92 Pro-FM” WPRO-FM rises 4.3 to 4.9. Full Power Radio Spanish Tropical “Latina 100.3” WKKB is down 2.1 – 1.7 – 1.4.

Norfolk/Virginia Beach

103 Jamz 102.9 WOWI Norfolk 92.1 The BeatAudacy’s duo of Adult R&B “95.7 R&B” WVKL (down 10.2 to 9.9) and AC “101.3 2WD” WWDE (up 7.1 to 7.6) take the top two spots. Sinclair Variety Hits “93.7 Bob-FM” WNOB dips 7.6 to 7.4. iHeartMedia Hip Hop “103 Jamz” WOWI climbs 5.9 to 7.0. Saga Rock “FM 99” WNOR trends up 4.8 – 5.8 – 6.0 to tie sister Classic Rock “106.9 The Fox” WAFX as it dips 6.1 to 6.0..

The Country battle tightens with Max Media’s “97.3 The Eagle” WGH-FM down 6.3 – 5.5 – 5.2 and Sinclair’s “US 106.1” WUSH up 4.0 to 4.5.

Max Media AC “92.9 The Wave” WTWV-FM is down 5.4 to 4.9, while sister Adult R&B “100.5 The Vibe” WVBW is down 4.4 – 4.1 – 3.9.

Audacy Hot AC “94.9 The Point” WPTE holds at a 2.4 share, but its stream is up 0.1 – 0.6 – 0.7. Sister Rhythmic CHR “Z104” WNVZ is down 3.1 to 2.5.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem

107.5 KZL WKZL Greensboro Winston-Salem High PointAudacy takes the top three spots with Adult R&B 97.1 WQMG up 12.6 to 13.0, Hip Hop “102 Jamz” WJMH up 7.1 – 8.2 – 9.3, and Variety Hits “98.7 Simon” WSMW off 9.3 to 9.2. iHeartMedia AC “Mix 99.5” WMAG continues its decline 9.7 – 6.7 – 6.3. Dick Broadcasting Classic Rock “Rock 92” WKRR is off 6.2 to 6.1.

Dick CHR 107.5 WKZL is up for the fifth straight month 4.4 to 4.8. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Real Rock 105.7” WVBZ trends down 4.1 – 3.8 – 3.2.

Both Country stations settle into a tie this month. iHeart’s “Q104.1” WTQR dips 4.6 to 4.3, while Audacy’s “93.1 The Wolf” WPAW is up 3.8 – 4.1 – 4.3.

West Palm Beach

Wild 95.5 WLDI West Palm Beach Hubbard Hot AC 97.9 WRMF declines 8.3 to 7.1, but maintains its lead over sister Adult R&B “X102.3” WMBX as it drops 6.9 to 6.4. iHeartMedia AC “Kool 105.5” WOLL slides 7.7 – 6.9 – 5.7. Hubbard’s “New Country 103.1” WIRK is down 5.2 to 4.0. iHeart Classic Rock “98.7 The Gator” WKGR is up 3.4 to 3.8.

Hubbard Classic Hits “Sunny 107.9” WEAT is down 4.0 to 3.6. Hope Media Group Christian AC “88.1 Way-FM” WAYF drops 4.7 to 3.4.

iHeartMedia CHR “Wild 95.5” WLDI doubles up 1.4 to 2.8 for its best showing since last May. Glades Media Regional Mexican “99.5 La Ley” WLLY rises 1.8 – 2.2 – 2.6. JDD Radio’s recently launched Hip Hop “104.7 The Flame” WFLM is up 0.5 to 0.9.

Memphis

1070 WDIA MemphisiHeartMedia Adult R&B “V101” KJMS leads 13.5 to 12.5. iHeart Hip Hop “K97” WHRK dips 8.5 to 8.2. Audacy AC “104.5 The River” WRVR slides 9.2 – 8.1 – 7.4. iHeart Gospel “95.7 Hallelujah-FM” WHAL-FM is down 8.5 – 7.6 – 6.5. Audacy Country “99.7 The Wolf” WLFP is up 3.5 to 3.9.

iHeart R&B Oldies 1070 WDIA is up 3.2 to 3.8.

Cumulus Media and Flinn stations do not subscribe to Nielsen in Memphis.

Hartford

Connecticut Public Radio 90.5 WNPR-FM HartfordAudacy AC “Lite 100.5” WRCH climbs 8.7 – 9.4 – 9.8 with sister Hot AC 96.5 WTIC-FM right behind up 8.0 to 8.9 plus its stream adding a 0.6 share. iHeartMedia Classic Hits “105.9 The River” WHCN is up 8.0 to 8.3. Audacy Hip Hop “Hot 93.7” WZMX dips down 6.8 to 6.7. iHeart Country 92.5 WWYZ is down 6.8 to 6.4 to tie for fifth with Public News/Talk 90.5 WNPR-FM as it climbs 5.0 to 6.4, which Huff notes is its largest share since December 2022.

Full Power Radio Classic Rock “102.9 The Whale” WDRC-FM sets off a brass bonanza up 4.1 – 4.8 – 5.8. Connoisseur Media Classic Rock 99.1 WPLR rises 2.8 to 3.5.

Audacy News/Talk 1080 WTIC falls 6.2 – 5.4 – 4.2 for its lowest showing since September 2022. iHeart CHR “Kiss 95.7” WKSS slides 5.0 – 4.8 – 3.9.

Cumulus News/Talk 630 WPRO/99.7 WEAN rises 6.2 – 7.0 – 7.3. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Now 93.3” continues to climb 5.7 – 6.6 – 7.1 for what Huff notes is its largest share since January 2014.

Cumulus CHR “92 Pro-FM” WPRO-FM rises 4.3 to 4.9. Full Power Radio Spanish Tropical “Latina 100.3” WKKB is down 2.1 – 1.7 – 1.4.

Norfolk/Virginia Beach

103 Jamz 102.9 WOWI Norfolk 92.1 The BeatAudacy’s duo of Adult R&B “95.7 R&B” WVKL (down 10.2 to 9.9) and AC “101.3 2WD” WWDE (up 7.1 to 7.6) take the top two spots. Sinclair Variety Hits “93.7 Bob-FM” WNOB dips 7.6 to 7.4. iHeartMedia Hip Hop “103 Jamz” WOWI climbs 5.9 to 7.0. Saga Rock “FM 99” WNOR trends up 4.8 – 5.8 – 6.0 to tie sister Classic Rock “106.9 The Fox” WAFX as it dips 6.1 to 6.0..

The Country battle tightens with Max Media’s “97.3 The Eagle” WGH-FM down 6.3 – 5.5 – 5.2 and Sinclair’s “US 106.1” WUSH up 4.0 to 4.5.

Max Media AC “92.9 The Wave” WTWV-FM is down 5.4 to 4.9, while sister Adult R&B “100.5 The Vibe” WVBW is down 4.4 – 4.1 – 3.9.

Audacy Hot AC “94.9 The Point” WPTE holds at a 2.4 share, but its stream is up 0.1 – 0.6 – 0.7. Sister Rhythmic CHR “Z104” WNVZ is down 3.1 to 2.5.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem

107.5 KZL WKZL Greensboro Winston-Salem High PointAudacy takes the top three spots with Adult R&B 97.1 WQMG up 12.6 to 13.0, Hip Hop “102 Jamz” WJMH up 7.1 – 8.2 – 9.3, and Variety Hits “98.7 Simon” WSMW off 9.3 to 9.2. iHeartMedia AC “Mix 99.5” WMAG continues its decline 9.7 – 6.7 – 6.3. Dick Broadcasting Classic Rock “Rock 92” WKRR is off 6.2 to 6.1.

Dick CHR 107.5 WKZL is up for the fifth straight month 4.4 to 4.8. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Real Rock 105.7” WVBZ trends down 4.1 – 3.8 – 3.2.

Both Country stations settle into a tie this month. iHeart’s “Q104.1” WTQR dips 4.6 to 4.3, while Audacy’s “93.1 The Wolf” WPAW is up 3.8 – 4.1 – 4.3.

West Palm Beach

Wild 95.5 WLDI West Palm Beach Hubbard Hot AC 97.9 WRMF declines 8.3 to 7.1, but maintains its lead over sister Adult R&B “X102.3” WMBX as it drops 6.9 to 6.4. iHeartMedia AC “Kool 105.5” WOLL slides 7.7 – 6.9 – 5.7. Hubbard’s “New Country 103.1” WIRK is down 5.2 to 4.0. iHeart Classic Rock “98.7 The Gator” WKGR is up 3.4 to 3.8.

Hubbard Classic Hits “Sunny 107.9” WEAT is down 4.0 to 3.6. Hope Media Group Christian AC “88.1 Way-FM” WAYF drops 4.7 to 3.4.

iHeartMedia CHR “Wild 95.5” WLDI doubles up 1.4 to 2.8 for its best showing since last May. Glades Media Regional Mexican “99.5 La Ley” WLLY rises 1.8 – 2.2 – 2.6. JDD Radio’s recently launched Hip Hop “104.7 The Flame” WFLM is up 0.5 to 0.9.

Memphis

1070 WDIA MemphisiHeartMedia Adult R&B “V101” KJMS leads 13.5 to 12.5. iHeart Hip Hop “K97” WHRK dips 8.5 to 8.2. Audacy AC “104.5 The River” WRVR slides 9.2 – 8.1 – 7.4. iHeart Gospel “95.7 Hallelujah-FM” WHAL-FM is down 8.5 – 7.6 – 6.5. Audacy Country “99.7 The Wolf” WLFP is up 3.5 to 3.9.

iHeart R&B Oldies 1070 WDIA is up 3.2 to 3.8.

Cumulus Media and Flinn stations do not subscribe to Nielsen in Memphis.

Hartford

Connecticut Public Radio 90.5 WNPR-FM HartfordAudacy AC “Lite 100.5” WRCH climbs 8.7 – 9.4 – 9.8 with sister Hot AC 96.5 WTIC-FM right behind up 8.0 to 8.9 plus its stream adding a 0.6 share. iHeartMedia Classic Hits “105.9 The River” WHCN is up 8.0 to 8.3. Audacy Hip Hop “Hot 93.7” WZMX dips down 6.8 to 6.7. iHeart Country 92.5 WWYZ is down 6.8 to 6.4 to tie for fifth with Public News/Talk 90.5 WNPR-FM as it climbs 5.0 to 6.4, which Huff notes is its largest share since December 2022.

Full Power Radio Classic Rock “102.9 The Whale” WDRC-FM sets off a brass bonanza up 4.1 – 4.8 – 5.8. Connoisseur Media Classic Rock 99.1 WPLR rises 2.8 to 3.5.

Audacy News/Talk 1080 WTIC falls 6.2 – 5.4 – 4.2 for its lowest showing since September 2022. iHeart CHR “Kiss 95.7” WKSS slides 5.0 – 4.8 – 3.9.
