February 2026 (2/5 – 3/4) Nielsen Audio PPM Ratings Day 1: WINS Sets New Highs In New York & Long Island

Nielsen begins its monthly release of PPM ratings with Day 1 markets New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Long Island, Riverside/San Bernardino, San Jose, and Middlesex/Somerset/Union.

All the numbers can be found at RadioInsight.com/Ratings.


Univision’s stations are no longer subscribing to Nielsen.

The ongoing lawsuit between Cumulus Media and Nielsen means that Cumulus Media’s stations are no longer publicly listed in the ratings.

Audacy is no longer listing its streaming numbers separate from the broadcast, with the signals once again combined into one share.

New York

1010 WINS All News 92.3 WINS-FM New YorkWith a winter weather boost, Auadcy News 1010 WINS/92.3 WINS-FM extends its lead 6.2 – 7.5 – 7.8 setting a record high for the station for the second straight month. iHeartMedia AC “106.7 Lite-FM” WLTW is up 7.0 to 7.4. Audacy Classic Hits 101.1 WCBS-FM holds at a 5.3 share. Three stations tie for fourth with SBS Spanish Tropical “Mega 97.9” WSKQ down 5.4 to 5.0 (stream down 1.5 to 1.1), while iHeart CHR “Z100” WHTZ and Public News/Talk 93.9 WNYC-FM both are off 5.1 to 5.0.

Christian AC “K-Love” 95.5 WPLJ swings 2.0 – 1.6 – 2.1.

Los Angeles

106.7 KROQ Pasadena Los AngelesiHeartMedia AC 103.5 KOST maintains its lead 6.3 to 6.2. Audacy Classic Hits “K-Earth 101” KRTH inches up 5.7 to 5.8. iHeartMedia Hot AC “104.3 My-FM” KBIG holds at a 5.3 share. Audacy’s duo of News 1070 KNX/97.1 KNX-FM (4.3 to 4.5) and Variety Hits “93.1 Jack-FM” KCBS-FM (4.4 to 4.5) tie for fourth.

Audacy Alternative 106.7 KROQ is up 3.4 to 3.7 for what Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is its best share since July 2008. iHeart’s “Alt 98.7” KYSR is down 3.8 to 3.3.

Public News/Talk/AAA 89.9 KCRW trends up 1.8 – 2.1 – 2.4. MediaCo Regional Mexican “Que Buena 94.3/105.5” KBUA/KBUE/KEBN rises 1.6 – 2.0 – 2.3.

Mount Wilson FM’s “Go Country 105.1” KKGO-FM rises 2.4 to 2.7 for its best share since October 2022.

Chicago

93.1 WXRT Chicago Terri HemmertAudacy News 780 WBBM/105.9 WCFS remains on top holding at a 5.9 share. Audacy AAA 93.1 WXRT is up 4.5 – 5.4 – 5.6 for what Huff notes is its largest since July 2023. Hubbard Hot AC “101.9 The Mix” WTMX is off 5.5 to 5.4. iHeart AC “93.9 Lite-FM” WLIT dips 5.2 to 5.0. Audacy Country “US 99” WUSN leaps 3.3 – 4.0 – 4.8.

iHeartMedia Adult R&B “V103” WVAZ rises 3.2 to 4.0. Nexstar Talk 720 WGN drops 4.8 to 3.7.

In its first monthly after adding its FM simulcast Audacy Sports “104.3 The Score” WSCR-FM/670 WSCR dips 2.3 to 2.0. The former Classic Hip Hop “104.3 Jams” brand had a 1.9 share last month. That move helps sister CHR “B96” WBBM-FM rise 2.1 to 2.8 for its best showing since March 2020, while iHeartMedia Hip Hop 107.5 WGCI is up 1.7 to 2.3.

Hubbard Millennial Hits “Throwback 100.3” WTBC-FM is up 2.6 to 2.9. iHeartMedia’s “Rock 95.5” WCHI-FM rises 1.5 to 2.0.

Dallas/Fort Worth

Mix 102.9 KDMX Dallas Now Billy The Kid Kidd CandiceiHeartMedia Hot AC “Mix 102.9” KDMX rises 4.5 to 5.2. Christian AC “K-Love” 94.9 KLTY jumps 3.6 to 4.4 to tie iHeart CHR “106.1 Kiss-FM” KHKS which is up 4.2 to 4.4. iHeart AC “Star 102.1” KDGE dips 4.4 to 4.2. Public News/Talk 90.1 KERA-FM rises 2.8 – 3.4 – 3.8 to tie with Audacy Variety Hits “100.3 Jack-FM” KJKK as it holds at a 3.8 share.

Service Broadcasting Hip Hop “K104” KKDA-FM rises 2.9 to 3.5. Audacy Alternative “Alt 103.7” KVIL dips 3.9 to 3.5.

K-Love Inc. Contemporary Worship “Air 1” 101.7 KYDA trends up 1.9 – 2.3 – 2.6.

93Q KKBQ Houston 92.9iHeartMedia AC “Sunny 99.1” KODA maintains its lead down 9.7 to 9.0. Radio One Adult R&B “Majic 102.1” KMJQ is down for the fifth straight month 6.9 to 6.7. Radio One Country “93Q” KKBQ climbs 5.3 – 5.8 – 6.6. Hope Media Group Christian AC 89.3 KSBJ gains 5.3 to 6.0. Audacy Hot AC “Mix 96.5” KHMX holds at a 5.1 share.

Audacy Variety Hits “95.7 The Spot” KKHH climbs 3.3 – 3.9 – 4.1 – 4.5.

Public News/Talk 88.7 KUHF-FM trends up 3.0 – 3.7 – 4.3. iHeartMedia News/Talk 740 KTRH swings 3.0 – 5.0 – 4.4.

Audacy Country “100.3 The Bull” KILT-FM slides 4.8 – 4.1 – 3.3.

Hope Media Group Spanish Christian “Vida Unida” 91.7 KHVU is up 1.6 to 2.0. Audacy Spanish CHR “Mega 101” KLOL rebounds 1.1 to 1.7.

As noted yesterday, Nielsen acknowledged encoder misuse from a pair of translators claiming to be tied to AMs that they were not. Regional Mexican “La Mejor 104.5” K283CH Houston listed as KJOZ was down 0.3 to 0.2. Spanish AC “Power 99.5” K258DA/K258DZ listed as KGBC dropped 0.6 to 0.3.

San Francisco

Star 101.3 KIOI San FranciscoPublic News/Talk 88.5 KQED-FM holds its lead 9.8 to 9.9. Audacy News 740 KCBS/106.9 KFRC rises 7.9 – 8.3 – 8.8. Bonneville AC 96.5 KOIT is up 4.7 to 5.0. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Star 101.3” KIOI leaps 2.7 – 3.7 – 4.7. Bonneville CHR “99.7 Now” KMVQ holds at a 4.6 share.
