The fourth and final day of Nielsen Audio’s PPM releases for the month bring Austin, Raleigh/Durham, Indianapolis, Nashville, Milwaukee, Providence, Norfolk, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Greensboro/Winston-Salem, Memphis, and Hartford.

103.5 Bob BobFM KBPA AustinWaterloo Media Variety Hits “103.5 Bob-FM” KBPA jumps up 8.7 to 10.1. Audacy AC “Majic 95.5” KKMJ rises to second 5.8 to 6.0. University of Texas AAA 98.9 KUTX dips 6.9 to 5.9, while sister Public News/Talk 90.5 KUT follows 5.9 to 5.8. iHeartMedia Country 98.1 KVET-FM is up 5.3 to 5.4.

Univision Regional Mexican “Que Buena 104.3” KLQB jumps up 2.3 to 3.2. Township Media AAA “Sun Radio” KTSN rises 2.1 – 2.3 – 2.6, while Waterloo Media’s “97.1 Austin City Limits Radio” KGSR-HD2 is up 1.1 – 1.3 – 1.9.

Trending down in Austin are Waterloo Media News/Talk 590/99.7 KLBJ (5.2 to 3.2), iHeartMedia Hip Hop “102.3 The Beat” KPEZ (3.3 – 2.9 – 2.5), Waterloo Media Alternative “101X” KROX (2.9 to 2.3) and Hot AC “Lucy 93.3” KGSR (2.5 to 1.7), and Genuine Austin Radio Country 99.3 KOKE-FM (2.2 – 1.0)

Raleigh/Durham

Mix 101.5 WRAL-FM Raleigh Capitol BroadcastingCapitol Broadcasting AC “Mix 101.5” WRAL-FM rises 9.4 to 10.2 for what Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is its biggest non-December/Holiday share since 1986. Public News/Talk 91.5 WUNC-FM rises to second 7.7 to 8.1. iHeartMedia Conservative Talk “Talk 106.1” WTKK holds at an 8.0. Radio One Adult R&B “Foxy 107.1/104.3” WFXC/WFXK drops 8.6 to 7.5. iHeartMedia Classic Rock 100.7 WRDU rises 4.3 to 5.2.

Curtis Media Variety Hits “96.1 BBB” WBBB slides down 7.2 – 5.0 – 4.3, while sister Country 94.7 WQDR-FM is off 5.2 to 4.3 and Classic Hits “Kix 102.9” WKIX-FM 5.0 – 4.1. Radio Training Network Christian AC “His Radio” 88.5 WRTP slides 2.6 – 1.9 – 1.4. Capitol Broadcasting Sports “99.9 The Fan” WCMC-FM is down 2.4 – 1.9 – 1.2.

iHeartMedia Country “B93.9” WNCB continues its growth up 3.0 – 3.3 – 3.5.

Indianapolis

92.3 WTTS Bloomington Indianapolis Sarkes TarzianCumulus Classic Hits 104.5 WJJK continues to lead despite a 12.6 to 11.4. Emmis News/Talk 93.1 WIBC drops 9.4 to 7.9, while sister AC “B105.7” WYXB (6.7 to 7.6) and Country “97.1 Hank-FM” WLHK (6.6 to 6.3). Soon-to-be sister Radio One Adult R&B 106.7 WTLC-FM holds in fifth at a 6.2 share.

Sarkes Tarzian AAA 92.3 WTTS sets a new station record high for the second straight month up 5.8 to 6.0. Cumulus Country 95.5 WFMS rises 4.6 to 6.0. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Q95” WFBQ rises 4.6 – 5.3 – 5.7.

Cumulus CHR 99.5 WZPL trends down 4.6 – 4.2 – 3.9.

Midwest AC “Mix 92.9” WJXA slips 7.1 to 6.3.

Cumulus Media’s “103.3 Country” WKDF falls 4.8 to 3.3.

Milwaukee

1130 WISN MilwaukeeiHeartMedia Conservative Talk 1130 WISN reclaims the top spot with a 9.0 to 9.9 gain, while Good Karma Brands’ 620 WTMJ slides 11.4 to 9.6. iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 Big-FM” WRIT holds at a 9.3. Saga Classic Rock “Hometown Rock 96.5” WKLH rises 6.4 to 7.5. iHeartMedia Country “FM 106.1” WMIL is up 7.0 to 7.2.

Providence

94 WHJY 94.1 WHJY ProvidenceiHeartMedia Rock 94.1 WHJY retains its sizable lead in Providence despite sliding 11.5 to 10.0. Cumulus AC “Lite 105” WWLI rises 7.5 to 8.6. Hall’s “Cat Country 98.1” WCTK is up 7.1 to 8.3. Cumulus CHR “92 Pro-FM” WPRO-FM gains 6.4 to 6.6. iHeartMedia Classic Hits “B101” WWBB jumps 4.1 to 5.4.

Norfolk/Virginia Beach

101.3 2WD WWDE Norfolk Virginia BeachAudacy Adult R&B “95.7 R&B” WVKL is off slightly 10.0 to 9.7. Audacy AC “101.3 2WD” WWDE jumps up 5.8 – 6.3 – 7.0. Saga Rock “FM 99” WNOR slips 7.3 to 6.6, while sister Classic Rock “106.9 The Fox” WAFX inches up 6.3 to 6.4. Sinclair Variety Hits “93.7 Bob-FM” WNOB rises 5.4 to 5.6.

In its first monthly after flipping to Urban Adult Hits, Max Media’s “100.5 The Vibe” WVBW is down 2.4 to 2.1 from its final monthly as CHR “Hot 100” WVHT.

Despite the demise of WVHT, Audacy CHR “Z104” WNVZ falls 3.0 to 2.4.

Jacksonville

Renda’s “99.9 Gator Country” WGNE trends down 7.9 – 7.4 – 6.5. Cox Hip Hop “Power 106.1” WJGL-HD2 rises 1.6 to 2.6.

West Palm Beach

Hubbard Classic Hits “Sunny 107.9” WEAT dips 6.3 to 6.2 to tie iHeartMedia Classic Rock “98.7 Gater” WKGR (5.6 to 6.2). Hubbard Adult R&B “X102.3” WMBX slips 6.0 to 5.4.

Hubbard Conservative Talk 850 WFTL jumps up 1.0 to 3.4 for what Huff notes is the highest share on the station since then WEAT in Fall 1979.

Hubbard Country 103.1 WIRK trends down 5.0 – 4.0 – 3.6. iHeartMedia Spanish CHR “Mia 94.3” WRLX slides 2.7 – 1.8 – 1.3.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem

93.1 The Wolf WPAW GreensboroAudacy’s pair of Adult R&B 97.1 WQMG (11.0 to 10.2) and Variety Hits “98.7 Simon” WSMW (steady at 9.4) take the top two spots. Dick Broadcasting Classic Rock “Rock 92” WKRR dips 9.2 to 8.3. Audacy Hip Hop “102 Jamz” WJMH falls 7.8 to 6.3 into a tie with iHeartMedia AC “Mix 99.5” WMAG (6.4 to 6.3).

Both Country stations tie as iHeartMedia’s “Q104.1” WTQR drops 6.9 to 6.0, while Audacy’s “93.1 The Wolf” WPAW jumps up 4.2 to 6.0.

iHeartMedia CHR “Hits 100.3” WMKS slips 4.6 – 3.5 – 3.2.

Memphis

600 92.1 WREC MemphisCumulus Adult R&B 103.5 WRBO is down 13.4 to 12.5. iHeartMedia’s competing “V101” KJMS rises 9.6 to 10.7. iHeartMedia’s Hip Hop “K97” WHRK (7.1 to 8.0) and Gospel “95.7 Hallelujah-FM” WHAL-FM (9.3 to 7.8) swap places. Audacy AC “104.5 The River” WRVR rises 6.9 to 7.3.

iHeartMedia Conservative Talk 600/92.1 WREC trends up 2.4 – 3.0 – 4.0, while sister CHR “101.9 Kiss-FM” KWNW rises 1.0 – 1.7 – 2.0.

Following the death of morning host Bobby O’Jay, iHeartMedia R&B Oldies 1070 WDIA continues its slide 7.1 – 5.0 – 4.0. Cumulus Country “Kix 106” WGKX dips 3.4 – 2.8 – 2.7.

Hartford
