The paperwork for the Cumulus acquisition of Citadel Broadcasting has begun to be filed at the FCC. As part of the process, the companies have filed to transfer a number of stations to Volt Media, LLC as a trustee.

Urban AC “Magic 103.9” WTYB Tybee Island, GA (Savannah)
Sports 980 WKOR Starkville, MS
Sports “The Team 93.9” WJXY-FM Conway, SC and CHR “i100” 93.7 WXJY Georgetown, SC (Myrtle Beach)
Country “Red 102.3” WCAT-FM Carlisle, PA and CHR “Hot 92.1” WWKL Palmyra, PA (Harrisburg)
Hot AC 104.7 WELJ Montauk, NY (New London, CT)
All but WCAT-FM and WELJ are currently Cumulus stations. Volt Media, LLC will be set with the duties of spinning off these stations to ensure the combined Cumulus and Citadel stays below market caps.
